You can send (almost) anywhere in Southern Ontario with Daytime delivery for only $9.99! Otherwise, delivery cost is based on distance from our downtown Toronto studio and the delivery selected (on-demand, morning, daytime, evening). The delivery charge is calculated when you select your delivery date and time during the checkout process. Start by selecting your preferred bouquet and begin the checkout process to see the actual delivery charge for your specific order.
We keep in touch with both the sender and recipient as needed throughout the delivery process (but we will never ruin that special surprise!)
When your flowers are successfully delivered, we will send you a confirmation by email and/or text to notify you. If we have any issues delivering to your recipient, we will get in touch with them at the provided phone number in order to determine the best way to successfully deliver the flowers with their guidance. No need to stress! We got you!
Freshness and quality are our top priority. All flower arrangements, bouquets, and bunches go through multiple quality checks before eventually arriving at your doorstep. However, flower care is very important to help maximize the beauty and longevity of your blooms, allowing them to reach their full potential. Follow these simple steps to make sure you get the most out of your blooms!
1) Give your flowers a quick snip before putting them in a vase. This allows the stems to properly hydrate.
2) Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in some of the provided flower food.
3) Remove any leaves that would be below the waterline and place your flowers in the vase.
4) Change the water daily adding some more flower food each time. Trim the stems every few days.
5) Keep your flowers in a cool dry location and remove stems as they expire to keep the others blooming bright.
Because Tonic Blooms flowers arrive straight from the grower, they are as fresh as can be. As a result, your flowers may still be tight, in bud form, patiently waiting for their big moment to bloom. All flowers bloom in different stages, so while some stems may appear to be fully bloomed, rest assured they are fresh and with the proper care, will continue to thrive.
